Author ArchiveWe are going to hold a meeting for the Haunted House/Halloween Party. This meeting will be to see and discuss who is willing to help out. We need people to set up and tear down the Haunted House, people to dress up and work it and people to help out with the younger childrens party. Please plan on attending. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at 6:30 in the Library. If you are not able to attend but willing to help, please email me. Thank you. We are pleased to announce that on Friday September 28th the Peoria County Sheriff’s Department will be at the grade school to discuss bullying with our students. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact the grade school office at 686-8809. Open house is scheduled for September 11, 2007 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00p.m.. Please come with your children and visit their classroom. We will be sponsoring a Bake Sale in the cafeteria. We will also be selling spirit wear as well as our first ever PHGS PTO Cookbook for $5.00. The PTO is sponsoring an all school contest to see which classroom has the most school spirit. For the classroom that wins, they get the ultimate prize, they get to cover Mr. Beltz with ice cream, whip cream, fudge sauce, bananas, strawberry sauce and sprinkles. For more information, check out the flyer that was sent home with your kids in our document section! |
